Marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials, strategies, designs, and content created by the Company remain our intellectual property until full payment is received

• Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your business

• You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce our work without written consent

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim
